1. Terms of Use and Acceptance
By accessing and using like.photos ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement.
These Terms constitute a public offer within the meaning of Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, addressed to an unlimited number of persons. Payment for any paid subscription constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms in their entirety, including the payment terms, cancellation policy, and limitation of liability set out below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not register an account and do not make payment.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.
2. Service Access
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for the purpose of running your photography business: sharing galleries with clients, collecting selections, and managing your projects.
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Build a competing photo proofing or gallery service using like.photos as a basis
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer your account to a third party without our permission
- Use the Service to store or distribute illegal content, malware, or content infringing third-party rights
- Access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers) without prior written agreement
- Use the Service to harass or harm other users or their clients
3. Disclaimer
The materials on like.photos are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
4. Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on like.photos could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. like.photos does not warrant that any of the materials on our service are accurate, complete, or current. like.photos may make changes to the materials contained on our service at any time without notice.
5. Materials and Content Ownership
You retain all rights to photos you upload to like.photos. By uploading photos, you grant like.photos a non-exclusive license to store, transmit, and display your photos for the purpose of providing the Service to you and your clients.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Uploading or transmitting viruses or malicious code
- Collecting or tracking personal information of others
- Spamming, phishing, or attempting to gain unauthorized access
- Using the service for illegal activities
- Harassing or abusing other users
- Infringing on intellectual property rights
8. Payment Terms
Payment for subscriptions is processed exclusively online, by payment card, through Monobank Acquiring (mono API), directly on the like.photos website. We do not accept cash, bank transfers, or any other payment method.
The Service is the provision of a service (remote access to software functionality). No tangible goods are sold or delivered.
Current subscription tiers, their features, limits, and prices are published on the Subscription page at like.photos/Subscription and form part of this agreement. All prices are stated in US dollars (USD) and are charged in the hryvnia (UAH) equivalent, and are not subject to VAT, as the Service Provider is not a VAT payer.
Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period. Where auto-renewal is enabled, you authorize us to charge your payment card at the start of each new billing period using a payment token stored by our payment provider.
Upon each successful payment we issue an electronic invoice, which is generated automatically and made available in your account and sent to your registered email. This invoice, together with these Terms, is the document confirming the provision of services. If you require an act of provided services (акт наданих послуг) for your own accounting, contact hello@like.photos and we will issue one.
9. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
14-day money-back guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment by emailing us at hello@like.photos. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer protection law.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice via email. Pricing changes apply to your next billing cycle, and your current cycle is honored at the rate you signed up for.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
How long your projects and photos are stored depends on the subscription plan you are on. The retention period applicable to each plan is stated on the Subscription page at like.photos/Subscription and in your account settings, and forms part of these Terms.
In general:
- Active projects are retained for as long as your subscription remains active and the project is not archived.
- Archived projects are retained for the period defined by your plan, after which they are permanently deleted. You can extend the retention period of an individual project from your account before it expires.
- If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, your projects are retained for the period defined by your plan before deletion.
We will send you an email notification before an archived project is permanently deleted, so you can download the files or extend retention. Once a project is permanently deleted, the photos in it cannot be recovered. You remain responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data.

11. Service Modifications and Discontinuation
We may modify the Service and its features over time. If we make a change that materially reduces the functionality available on your active paid plan, or if we decide to discontinue the Service entirely, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance, keep your existing account and galleries accessible during that notice period so you can download your files, and refund the unused portion of any prepaid subscription period on a pro-rata basis.
This does not apply to temporary interruptions for maintenance, security updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
12. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until that date.
We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice only if you materially breach these Terms, in particular the restrictions in the Service Access and Prohibited Activities sections, or if we are required to do so by law. In that case no refund is due.
In any other case, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email, keep your account accessible during that period, and refund the unused portion of your prepaid subscription period.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the total amount you paid for the Service during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of clients, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
You are responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of photographs that are critical to your business.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ukraine, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence grant you the right to bring claims in your local courts.
15. Changes to These Terms
like.photos reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
